By accessing or using VClip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VClip is an AI-powered video creation platform that allows users to generate short-form video content using artificial intelligence tools, including script generation, voiceover synthesis, subtitle creation, and clip extraction from existing videos.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
• Upload or process content you do not own or have rights to
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract the underlying models or infrastructure
• Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant VClip a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. All output generated by the AI tools is owned by you, subject to these Terms.

VClip retains all rights to its platform, models, branding, and technology.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
